Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the Merchandise Manager and Buyers with the sampling approval process, including fittings
• Brief new ranges to suppliers for development
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with local and offshore suppliers
• Manage and track the sample process, critical path, production schedules, and freight timelines
• Assist with weekly trade analysis
• Draw and maintain product CADs and range books
• Support the product team with administrative tasks
• Manage samples for Campaign shoots, Marketing, and VM

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Buyers Assistant, Production Assistant, or Supply Coordinator role
• High level of productivity, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Collaborative team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in Fashion and Textiles
• Experience working with denim
