Product Coordinator Distributions

Responsibilities

• Support ALDI digital campaigns by reviewing and uploading deal comparisons, images, and maps
• Manage web builds for Cruise, Tour, and Escapes campaigns across ALDI and Flight Centre platforms
• Maintain and organize Trello boards for campaign placement and destination tracking
• Coordinate bi-monthly updates for Flight Centre website tiles and banners
• Conduct press review tracking and reporting
• Manage end-of-month processes and capture performance tracking screenshots for web and EDM campaigns
• Prepare Contra Marketing reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules
• Assist in compiling post-campaign reports and marketing presentations

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to engage in self-directed learning
