Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage all manufacturing engineering activities for assigned products within the Mobility Electronics division.
• Coordinate project start-ups and new product/line launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Development, and Quality.
• Implement and coordinate change management (ECR/PCR) for existing products to ensure process version accuracy.
• Apply APQP methods and project management principles to meet project deliverables and management review requirements.
• Monitor KPIs during project ramp-up phases regarding Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Coordinate trial runs, capacity planning, and internal/external audits for product release.
• Support cost reduction activities (RPP) and continuous improvement workshops to optimize line utilization and defect costs.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or within the Automotive sector.
• Advanced fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).
• Strong knowledge of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plan.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and ISO/TS 16949 standards.
• Strong leadership skills, including negotiation, decision-making, and effective communication.
