About the role
Responsibilities
- Daily compilation, substantiation, and reporting of Profit and Loss (P&L) and balance sheet movements across various cryptocurrency and digital asset products
- Execute daily trade and position reconciliations across internal systems and exchange platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Provide insightful analysis of P&L drivers, risk exposures, and market trends to key stakeholders
- Act as a robust and credible partner to the Front Office, Market Risk, and Operations teams
- Identify and execute opportunities for improving efficiency and controls within the Middle Office workflow
- Contribute to the control design and operational readiness for new financial instruments and trading strategies
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a Middle Office, Product Control, or Financial Control function
- Experience within a bank or FinTech firm preferred
- Keen interest in financial instruments, specifically digital assets or traditional fixed income/FX
- Proficient Excel and VBA skills for reporting and automation
