Product Content and Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize conversion-oriented copy for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and promotions
• Write and maintain product descriptions for eCommerce pages (PDP), marketplaces, and online platforms
• Design content for CRM channels, including email lifecycles for acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Develop UX copy for digital interfaces and applications to ensure clear and consistent user journeys
• Translate technical product features into compelling user benefits aligned with brand storytelling
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints
• Analyze content performance and use data-driven insights to conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, marketing copywriting, or UX writing
• Proven expertise in eCommerce, UX copywriting, and Email Marketing
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, or SEMrush is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
