Product Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects involving GenAI-ready data, analytics, and API-driven solutions.
• Translate client and business requirements into structured project plans, workstreams, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Support to ensure delivery readiness.
• Apply Agile and project management best practices to maintain governance and transparency.
• Track and report on project progress using defined KPIs to ensure accountability.
• Act as an escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Support pre-sales activities and capture client feedback to improve delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance.
• Experience working in SaaS, data analytics, financial software, or technology-enabled environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA).
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of APIs, data platforms, and CRM/ERP systems within technical implementation environments.
