Product Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support by providing accurate, timely, and value-driven technical product guidance.
• Maintain deep expertise in product features, applications, pricing, lifecycle status, and competitive positioning.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying whitespace opportunities and new applications within assigned product portfolios.
• Enable sales teams, channel partners, and inside sales through product training and value proposition articulation.
• Support customer opportunities through product selection, RFQs, samples, and technical-commercial discussions.
• Monitor market intelligence and analyze product gaps to recommend actions for growing market share.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer issues.
• Support product lifecycle activities including new product launches, modifications, and end-of-life transitions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).
• Strong technical-commercial aptitude with the ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial solutions.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or channel partners in a technical sales or customer-facing role.
