Product Compliance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with product regulations, product safety, and requirement interpretation
• Interpret and translate standards, directives, and legal requirements into practical guidance
• Support development teams regarding regulations in technology, safety, and sustainability
• Manage CE marking and product approval for market access
• Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on future products
• Create and maintain quality management systems

Requirements

• Relevant university degree in engineering, environment, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in product legislation, preferably in manufacturing or consulting
• Knowledge of regulations such as Battery Regulation, Machinery Directive, REACH, RoHS, LVD, EMC, RED, or MDR/IVDR
• Ability to interpret and apply EU legislation in practice
• Fluency in Swedish and English
