Product Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct conceptual product reviews from a jurisdictional requirement perspective.
• Lead the research, monitoring, and analysis of gaming requirements across regulated markets in the APAC region.
• Represent the Compliance department in new product implementations and regulatory updates.
• Present compliance concepts and products to test labs and key gaming regulators.
• Develop regional plans for each jurisdiction to ensure product and service quality.
• Assess product design at strategic points during the development cycle to ensure alignment with jurisdictional requirements.
• Identify potential jurisdictional synergies or limitations and communicate risks to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulated gaming is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project or team-led roles, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
