Product Commercial Manager - Networking Solutions (NaaS)

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance for Networking-as-a-Service (NaaS) and managed networking solutions across UAE, KSA, and Jordan
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and commercial negotiations
• Position and promote enterprise networking services, including LAN/WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions
• Articulate customer value, ROI, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for subscription-based and OPEX-driven models
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align market requirements with product strategy and solution design
• Coordinate with strategic vendors and partners to support technical clarifications and commercial alignment
• Manage pricing, discounting, and commercial structuring to ensure profitability and competitiveness

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in B2B ICT sales, product commercial management, or networking solutions business development
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience selling enterprise networking and managed networking solutions
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and managed networking services
• Experience with subscription-based and OPEX-driven service models
• Experience positioning "as-a-service" technology offerings
