Product Change Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Project Management of changes for Airframe, Systems, Propulsion, and Painting domains
• Consolidate technical dossiers and Executive Summaries for presentation and decision-making at the Configuration Control Board
• Manage the multi-functional Product Change team to ensure change readiness
• Coordinate program contributors, including Commercial and Customer Services, to gather inputs for consistent product offer decisions
• Support configuration transformation projects

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Project Management and aeronautical Configuration Management
• Minimum CM Certification Level 2 is required
• Technical expertise in Change Management processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Strong ability to analyze facts and data to support executive decision-making
• Fluency in both English and French is essential
