Product Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements to ensure clarity on stakeholder needs and success criteria.
• Translate service blueprints, user journeys, and operating models into delivery-ready requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and maintain high-quality backlogs by breaking down epics into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with engineering teams during delivery to clarify requirements and manage emerging insights.
• Ensure strong alignment across business, design, and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-focused product/delivery role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and translating complex workflows into actionable specifications.
• Solid understanding of service design, user journeys, and connecting user experience with technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and Confluence for documentation.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
