Product Builder, Performance Marketing Agents

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered agents to help marketing teams plan, execute, optimize, and analyze performance marketing programs
• Lead product development from problem definition through launch and ongoing iteration
• Work directly with enterprise customers and agency partners to validate concepts and uncover opportunities
• Prototype new experiences using modern AI tools and coding assistants
• Make scope and prioritization decisions to maximize customer value and speed to market
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to translate prototypes into scalable products
• Define and measure product success through customer adoption and business outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or product engineering
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, LLMs, and agent architectures
• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch
• Experience working in highly ambiguous environments
• Ability to prototype ideas independently using AI-powered development tools or low-code platforms
• Strong product judgment and ability to make effective tradeoffs
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for marketers, marketing operations, or MarTech platforms
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics like ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
• Experience with AI-powered workflow automation or autonomous systems
