Product Builder, Agent Governance

Responsibilities

• Build products providing visibility, governance, and control for AI-powered agents and workflows
• Design approval flows, audit trails, and operational guardrails
• Create observability experiences to help customers understand AI system behavior
• Build workflows for human review and intervention
• Partner with customers to translate governance requirements into product experiences
• Develop capabilities for traceability, accountability, and model evaluation
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to bring capabilities to production
• Drive product strategy and execution from concept through launch

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or product engineering
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, LLMs, and agent architectures
• Proven ability to own products from concept through launch
• Experience navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
• Ability to prototype concepts using AI-powered development tools
• Strong systems thinking and technical collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for governance, observability, compliance, or security
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and model monitoring
• Experience working with enterprise customers deploying AI at scale
