Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify customer and business problems through AI-augmented discovery, including research synthesis and workflow mapping.
• Use AI tools daily to draft and refine requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision artifacts.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and experimentation by creating mock flows, copy variants, and testable concepts.
• Collect and analyze product performance metrics to support prioritization and delivery decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners to drive the execution and delivery of product initiatives.
• Develop fluency in AI-enabled product concepts such as LLM application basics, prompting, and RAG.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Solid understanding of the full product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements, and iteration.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping approaches and tools, including no-code or low-code solutions.
• Foundational data literacy with comfort working with metrics and dashboards.
• Demonstrated initiative in using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI or ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG, prompting, and agent patterns.
• Experience using AI tools specifically for PM workflows like research synthesis and spec drafting.
• Awareness of responsible AI practices, including bias, fairness, transparency, and privacy.
