Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the development of product strategy and roadmaps within the Global Private Banking Chief Data Office.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user workflows, requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Collect and analyze product performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Partner on product discovery and user research, including journey mapping and market analysis.
• Support Data Quality operations by executing and monitoring checks, performing root cause analysis, and driving remediation.
• Maintain data quality governance artifacts, including rule registries, traceability, and audit evidence.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and scorecards to track data health and quality trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with data quality concepts, data profiling, and data governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, large language models (LLMs), and intelligent agents.
• Experience with data quality tools and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of metadata, data contracts, and centralized rule registries.
