About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for stock exchanges and third-party market data vendor relationships, managing day-to-day queries and renewals.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of market data licensing for proprietary applications by partnering with technology teams.
  • Ensure compliant usage of third-party market data by translating licensing terms into practical operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and support third-party vendor and exchange audits, including evidence collection and issue remediation.
  • Partner with Global Sourcing and Legal teams to review and implement new or updated licensing terms and contracts.
  • Communicate risks and issues clearly across business, technology, legal, and vendor stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • 2+ years of applied experience in project management, compliance, audit, vendor management, or operations.
  • Basic understanding of market data concepts and common vendor offerings (e.g., data feeds vs. terminals).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting and applying contract terms, licensing restrictions, and audit clauses.
  • Direct experience supporting or running audits and managing evidence collection.
  • Foundational technical knowledge regarding application development and core infrastructure (networks, servers).
  • Understanding of AI tools or automation to improve workflow efficiency.
