Product Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Area Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and market discovery.
• Plan for the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall user experience.
• Support the collection of data analytics, user research, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
• Analyze and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories with a focus on an API-first product portfolio.
• Manage Sprint Backlog, Agile ceremonies, and ensure sprint readiness with a focus on Definition of Ready (DoR) quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building scalable and performant systems.
• Experience in the usage and SDLC of API products in a cloud model.
• Experience in product management for building scalable, resilient APIs.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and underlying technologies to operationalize AI products.
