Product Architect and Strategy, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client-agnostic solutions to streamline end-to-end transaction servicing and interoperability for Alpha clients
• Drive end-to-end product design for large-scale Alpha TLM projects, including requirements gathering and cross-platform coordination
• Execute Alpha’s strategic plans and business architecture within the Transaction Management domain
• Establish partnerships with Operations, Technology, and various product teams to coordinate cross-functional business solutions
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support product demand and development opportunities
• Drive the analysis, design, and delivery of transactional data and processing platforms using Agile practices
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, architecture diagrams, and project charters

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• 10+ years of experience as an Analyst/Architect lead or in a related role driving solution design
• Deep expertise in Middle office services and complex listed products (e.g., Repos, TBA, ETD, Mutual funds)
• Strong working knowledge of financial products including Bonds, Equities, FX, and listed derivatives
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint
• Competency in SDLC and Agile methodologies using tools such as JIRA, Rally, or RTC
