Product Approvals & Registration Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product registration, approval, and prequalification activities with consultants, utilities, and government entities
• Prepare and submit registration packages, technical submittals, and compliance documents
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering firms, design offices, and technical specification teams
• Influence project specifications during the design stage to increase product inclusion
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Manage vendor approval processes with municipalities, authorities, and procurement bodies
• Track consultants, project owners, EPC contractors, and tender timelines
• Provide market intelligence on competitor approvals and industry trends
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, QA/QC, and Government Relations teams
• Ensure all technical documentation and registrations remain valid and compliant

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• 8–10 years of experience in Product Approvals, Registration, or Technical Sales
• Proven experience in Electrical, Cable, Energy, Utility, or Construction sectors
• Experience managing vendor registration and approved supplier qualification processes
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures and procurement cycles
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets preferred
• Fluent English communication skills
• Arabic language skills highly preferred
