Product Approvals & Registration Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product registration, approval, and prequalification activities with consultants, utilities, government entities, and EPC contractors.
• Influence project specifications during the design stage to ensure product inclusion in project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, design offices, and technical specification teams.
• Prepare and manage technical submittal packages, including catalogues, datasheets, test reports, and compliance documents.
• Identify upcoming projects and provide market intelligence on competitor approvals and industry trends.
• Manage vendor approval processes and maintain registration databases and renewal schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Government Relations teams to remove prequalification barriers before bid submission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of experience in Product Approvals, Registration, Prequalification, or Technical Sales.
• Proven experience within the Electrical, Cable, Energy, Utility, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong experience managing vendor registration and approved supplier qualification processes.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Experience with government and semi-government registration processes.
• Project Management or Technical Sales certifications.
• Knowledge of electrical standards and compliance.
