Product Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute schematic and layout design for evaluation boards
• Partner with product definers, IC design, and business management to support product evaluation and optimization
• Perform bench characterization, performance optimization, and contribute to the development of automation testing environments
• Author high-quality application notes, user guides, and datasheets
• Provide advanced technical support and training to key customers and field applications teams
• Assist Business Unit and Field teams in identifying and securing new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 0–4 years of professional experience in analog or power electronics
• Solid electrical engineering fundamentals, including active and passive components
• Hands-on expertise with lab equipment and setting up/testing circuits on a bench
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of DC/DC power conversion, switching regulators, and battery chargers
