Product and Technical Communications

Responsibilities

• Own trust, security, and incident communications, managing the external response during product incidents
• Lead product launch communications and earned media strategy across traditional and new media channels
• Develop relationships with journalists, creators, and technical influencers to drive product adoption
• Act as a communications partner to the CTO and product leadership, developing spokesperson platforms
• Coordinate communications for product-level partner integrations and technical capabilities
• Build relationships with analysts and technical voices to shape industry opinion

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in communications, specifically including product launches and trust/incident communications at a technology company
• Technical fluency and the ability to understand software architecture and design decisions
• Proven experience managing incident response and proactive trust storytelling
• Strong media relationships within the tech and AI ecosystem (reporters, podcasters, analysts)
• Exceptional writing skills that are precise, human, and accessible
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
