Product and Program Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and manage customer engagement programs including workshops, assessments, pilots, and executive briefings for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.
• Build and own comprehensive program plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies for South Asia, India, and ANZ markets.
• Lead customer workshops and executive briefings focused on business outcomes, adoption, and value realization.
• Execute pilots and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with clear success criteria and outcome tracking.
• Manage program governance through QBRs, steering meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment with Microsoft governance standards and KPIs.
• Act as the central program hub between Dell sales, technical specialists, and Microsoft field teams.
• Enable internal teams by developing playbooks, training materials, and sales tools to scale Modern Work engagements.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in program management, customer-facing delivery, or partner programs.
• Expertise in Modern Workplace, endpoint management, cloud, or security.
• Strong solution literacy in Windows, Microsoft 365, and security/management solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills for engaging IT and business decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs, including risk management, governance, and KPI tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Intune, Azure, Copilot).
• Familiarity with modern endpoint management tools such as Intune and Autopilot.
• Professional program or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum).
