Product and Process Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer and design requirements are implemented in production processes and documented in Control Plans
• Oversee process parameter audits to guarantee product conformity and customer satisfaction
• Verify and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and ensure timely documentation completion
• Provide resources and support for prototypes, initial samples, new production lines, and process changes
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in root-cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 7D, 5P, and 5-Why methods
• Participate in APQP activities and maintain updated PPAP Process Books
• Monitor statistical process behavior (SPC) and area KPIs such as Scrap, FTQ, and capability indicators
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, VDA standards, and other customer-specific quality requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Professional experience in Quality Assurance within automotive or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, and root-cause analysis tools
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA methods, and ISO 14001
• Ability to lead and develop Quality Engineers
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency sufficient for audits, customer interactions, and technical documentation
