Product and Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the business team in the development and evolution of products with a focus on value generation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose scalable solutions
• Participate in strategic projects connecting data, technology, and business
• Build and maintain performance indicators for decision-making
• Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in business, products, or projects with a focus on process analysis and improvement
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and interaction skills across different areas
• Knowledge of Investment Funds and CVM 160 regulations
• Organization and autonomy to lead workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in innovation or digital transformation environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Knowledge of Python and Alteryx
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
