Product and Experiences Director

Responsibilities

• Own the product and experience strategy for Digital Solutions, aligning roadmaps to customer, patient, and business outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Technical Product Owner (TPO) organization to build high-performing technical product management capabilities.
• Translate portfolio strategy into clear product direction, outcome-based roadmaps, and measurable priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and R&D to turn strategy into scalable, high-quality digital releases.
• Provide technical leadership across mobile, web, backend, and platform services, managing architecture and delivery trade-offs.
• Drive clarity in ownership, decision rights, and execution cadence across the Products and Experiences operating model.
• Champion a builder culture characterized by high ownership, a bias for action, and disciplined execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Engineering, or Technical Program Leadership.
• Prior hands-on software development experience is required.
• Strong technical fluency in modern software delivery, including mobile, web, backend, and platform/service-oriented environments.
• Proven experience leading technical product teams, such as Technical Product Owners or Product Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in cross-functional, matrixed organizations and influence without formal authority.
• Strong international business acumen and experience leading across multiple global regions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, med-tech, life sciences, or finance.
• Familiarity with React Native, Go, Python, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and modern quality engineering practices.
• Experience scaling product operating models across multiple teams and geographies.
• Experience leading organizational change and large-scale product transformations.
