Product and Application HFH

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and application support for Alfa Laval solutions, acting as a key contact between customers, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer projects, site visits, and technical discussions to deliver tailored product presentations and value-driven solutions.
• Offer technical consultancy to help customers optimize process performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Support the quotation and proposal process for complex projects, including product selection, sizing, and technical specifications.
• Act as a product champion during launches and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop customized technical solutions.
• Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to the resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and application guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
• Experience in technical support, application engineering, or process engineering.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and thermal or hygienic fluid handling applications.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Availability to travel for customer visits and business activities.
