Product and Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle and further development of RF generator products for plasma processes, overseeing product changes from conception to implementation.
• Act as a central interface for the global application engineering team, facilitating information exchange and providing expert training.
• Support international customers with commissioning, troubleshooting, and application assistance both on-site and remotely.
• Perform systematic root cause analysis of field failures using the 8D methodology to ensure long-term product quality.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing to ensure smooth production flows and process stability.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics.
• Experience with RF technology and associated measurement technology.
• Systematic problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication in an international environment.
