Product Analytics Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a new analytics team to drive product growth through data-driven insights and AI-powered analysis
• Define and execute the analytics roadmap to uncover growth opportunities
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts in SQL, visualization, and statistical methods
• Champion AI integration to optimize analytical workflows
• Partner with Product Managers to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with data engineers to prioritize tracking, define schemas, and guide data modeling
• Enable broader teams through training on behavioral data usage and querying best practices

Requirements

• Extensive background in Product Analytics or Digital Analytics
• Proven people management experience including hiring and development
• Advanced SQL mastery (window functions, CTEs, nested JSON)
• Strong A/B testing foundation including sample size calculation and statistical significance
• Experience building business dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with client-side tracking data from GA4, Snowplow, or Amplitude
