Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform device lifecycle activities for PC, Mobile, and Print, including procurement, system design, inventory management, and disposal
• Analyze market trends and device performance to inform strategic decision-making and enhance digital workplace offerings
• Drive innovation through the ideation, piloting, and implementation of new products and services
• Automate provisioning and logistics processes to enhance business value
• Create and manage modern inventory management processes and XLA-based product satisfaction criteria
• Write and update standard operating procedures for relevant products and services
• Identify and resolve complex productivity blockers with a focus on automation and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Hands-on experience with Windows and PC, iOS and iPhone, iPadOS and iPad, and Print systems
• Proficiency with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with request, problem, and incident management systems, as well as inventory and vendor management
• Experience working within the SAFe Lean-Agile Framework
• Strong analytical, technical, and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MacOS
• Experience with data scrubbing and related analytics
