Responsibilities

• Analyze product content regarding habit formation, user retention, and monetization impact
• Identify patterns and transform them into hypotheses to improve individual user experience
• Improve onboarding and activation metrics for more effective user engagement and retention
• Provide the team with necessary Business Intelligence
• Integrate AI tools into the analytical process

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics (B2C/Subscription/Mobile preferred)
• Strong SQL and Python skills for large dataset analysis
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or similar for dashboard creation
• Deep understanding of product metrics (Retention, Churn, LTV, CAC)
• Experience with funnels and onboarding
• Experience formulating hypotheses, planning tests, and analyzing results
• Business mindset and proactivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amplitude
• Experience using AI tools for automation or analytical improvement
• Knowledge of Airflow and dbt for pipeline setup
