Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the embedded analytics partner for product managers from ideation through discovery, research, planning, execution, and launch
• Analyze user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover customer needs, validate hypotheses, and monitor KPIs
• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to validate new features
• Build robust, self-serve dashboards, reports, and alerts to track core metrics
• Partner with data engineering to influence the data platform roadmap
• Drive process improvements using automation, AI tools, and data agents

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business or product analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and visualization tools like Power BI or Looker
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to improve workflows
• Strong understanding of web analytics, tracking plans, and implementation QA
• Excellent data storytelling and project management skills
