About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and sizing of cooling systems for Diesel/Otto engines, electric motors, inverters, battery packs, and other components
- Assist in thermal performance analyses including heat flow, dissipation, heat exchangers, pumps, fans, and circuit layout
- Evaluate functional requirements and transform them into technical specifications for cooling systems
- Participate in the definition and integration of components such as radiators, intercoolers, water pumps, valves, hoses, sensors, reservoirs, and thermal control modules
- Monitor bench and field tests, define validation plans, and interpret collected data
Requirements
- Previous experience with the development or validation of cooling systems
- Experience developing cooling system components (piping, hoses, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.)
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Catia, NX, or similar
- Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields (completed or in progress)
- Intermediate to advanced technical English
