Responsibilities
- Monitor developments through field technician reports and update TEVON for piece-by-piece meetings
- Convene Readiness Day meetings with suppliers or clients if client commitment dates are at risk
- Participate in "piece-by-piece" meetings and other readiness-related sessions
- Define development lead times for parts with external Readiness for bubble charts
- Update tooling dates, first tool try-out, part try-out for VDA, and VDA submission dates
- Trigger External Readiness once the Purchase Order is released
- Monitor rehabilitation until VDA approval and documentation of tooling & field
- Track VDA sample entry and request stock transfer from logistics to the Quality area
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Mechanics, Production Processes, or Machining
- Degree in Quality Engineering, Vehicle Maintenance Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Automotive)
- Background in related technical fields
