Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into structured user stories, workflows, and technical specifications
• Partner with Product Managers to break down features for agile teams
• Participate in backlog refinement, story creation, and sprint planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and client-facing teams
• Support QA efforts by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes
• Maintain high-quality product documentation, including process flows and release notes

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• 1–3 years of experience applying AI and automation to improve product development or business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and business productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare data domains
• Familiarity with US healthcare systems and data environments
