Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between Product teams and the Data organization, translating business needs into data requirements
• Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpret business and product metrics
• Own and oversee event tracking, including requirement definition and implementation validation
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and improve production-ready data models for Product Analytics
• Use Databricks to analyze business performance and user behavior
• Present insights using Power BI
• Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar analytical roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in cloud platforms
• Proven experience in KPI defining and Event Tracking
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide business recommendations
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks (SQL / Spark)
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms or products
