InCred is a technology-driven financial institution founded in 2016. Using data science, InCred simplifies the lending process for individual borrowers, institutions, and small to medium businesses, aiming to advance the socio-economic well-being of Indian households.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain financing processes to identify optimization areas
• Refine business requirements and maintain documentation as PRFAQ, Epics, and User Stories in Jira
• Collaborate with Technical Support to triage and resolve user/partner inquiries
• Own root cause fixes for technical issues with a focus on automation and operational excellence
• Present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Provide updates on new feature releases to the documentation portal
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to complete end-to-end analysis

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Software Developer
• Experience in Banking or Fintech is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL queries
• Strong communication and management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to provide weekend coverage for emergencies if needed
