Product Analyst - Digital

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve digital products using agile methodologies to support usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Translate product vision into well-defined epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including traders, salespeople, risk managers, and technology teams to align product vision.
• Own and maintain high-quality backlog artifacts, ensuring items are development-ready and value-driven.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product concepts and iterate on design prototypes.
• Utilize market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify new features or enhancements.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews within agile, product-centric teams.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering digital or technology-led products in agile or product-based environments.
• Hands-on experience defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital journeys.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to manage complex or sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
