Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own recurring and ad hoc reporting related to product performance, operational metrics, and customer usage
• Use Excel and SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from Snowflake to inform product decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to the development of improved workflows and automation
• Build and maintain operational tools, including spreadsheets, reporting templates, and dashboards in Sigma
• Communicate data insights and patterns to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Finance
• Investigate product-related data to identify root causes of issues and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge management through documentation of data workflows and analysis methods

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data manipulation
• Proficiency in SQL, including querying, filtering, joining, and aggregating data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and professional presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build positive relationships across teams

• Familiarity with Python
