Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis to decision
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for product managers and stakeholders
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to track key metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing
• Solid understanding of statistics and product metrics
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or personal finance products
