About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy and evolution of the transaction enrichment product to align with business priorities
  • Analyze transaction data, enrichment accuracy, and model performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Data Science, Technology, and Product teams to define requirements for enrichment models and features
  • Translate analytical findings and model outputs into clear product recommendations and prioritized work
  • Support roadmap planning by evaluating business impact, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
  • Monitor key performance indicators for data quality, enrichment coverage, and product effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Cards product teams to support integration, testing, and rollout of enhancements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product analysis, analytics, or data science supporting digital or financial services products
  • 6+ years of experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics to inform business outcomes
  • 6+ years of experience translating analytical outputs and model results into actionable product requirements
  • Experience working in an Agile product delivery environment
  • Experience evaluating model performance, data quality, and user outcomes in a product context
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting transaction data, transaction enrichment, or payments-related products
  • Familiarity with data science concepts such as classification, clustering, and model performance evaluation
  • Knowledge of Cards products, card platforms, or financial services data ecosystems
  • Experience creating product and performance documentation for technical and business stakeholders
