About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the strategy and evolution of the transaction enrichment product to align with business priorities
- Analyze transaction data, enrichment accuracy, and model performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with Data Science, Technology, and Product teams to define requirements for enrichment models and features
- Translate analytical findings and model outputs into clear product recommendations and prioritized work
- Support roadmap planning by evaluating business impact, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Monitor key performance indicators for data quality, enrichment coverage, and product effectiveness
- Collaborate with Cards product teams to support integration, testing, and rollout of enhancements
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product analysis, analytics, or data science supporting digital or financial services products
- 6+ years of experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics to inform business outcomes
- 6+ years of experience translating analytical outputs and model results into actionable product requirements
- Experience working in an Agile product delivery environment
- Experience evaluating model performance, data quality, and user outcomes in a product context
- Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting transaction data, transaction enrichment, or payments-related products
- Familiarity with data science concepts such as classification, clustering, and model performance evaluation
- Knowledge of Cards products, card platforms, or financial services data ecosystems
- Experience creating product and performance documentation for technical and business stakeholders
