Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Improve how the global organization identifies customer problems and operates AI, Data, and Software solutions
• Work with stakeholders to design and own initiatives and projects, including defining SMART goals and metrics
• Enhance product lifecycles and software development practices
• Support financial product workflows involving stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative investments
• Optimize service delivery for customer segments including wealth management firms, large banks, and institutional investors

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with an experimentation approach
• SQL expertise
• Prior experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering
• Ability to decompose abstract problems into actionable experiments through stakeholder interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Consulting or Financial Services (specifically Wealth Management)
• Proficiency with AI tools (specifically Claude) and ML/AI techniques
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience with Data Lake platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Canva, or Lucid
• Background in Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, or Statistics
