Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product design, data, and commercial stakeholders to support product initiatives across Admin and Anti-Fraud domains
• Contribute to the product strategy and execution for TaDa’s platform to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
• Support improvements in internal operations through Admin capabilities to increase efficiency and control
• Contribute to Anti-Fraud mechanisms to reduce risk and protect the business
• Work with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, and support execution
• Support the evolution of products from concept to launch, including continuous improvements
• Participate in discovery processes, gather feedback from internal users, and identify new opportunities
• Write clear product specs, track progress, and communicate updates and risks to stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree in any area
• Experience working in cross-functional software teams (as a Product Manager or in related roles)
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear steps with well-defined requirements
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making
• Attention to detail and ownership of day-to-day execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketplaces or large-scale digital products
• Exposure to platform or backend-heavy systems
• Familiarity with internal tools, operational workflows, or risk/fraud-related contexts
• Spanish (reading, writing, and conversational skills)
