About the role
Responsibilities
- Export all files including AAF, QuickTime, MXF, OTIO, and EDL for project delivery
- Create and process files for streaming links and delivery
- Troubleshoot and track technical issues within the Avid environment
- Restore online media and research media within MAM environments
- Assist producers with Media Composer and Interplay technical needs
- Organize projects, folder structures, and Avid sequences for post-production
- Generate and distribute Frame.io links and approval reels
- Implement SOPs for delivery from offline to online edit rooms
- Assist Engineering with hardware, software, and virtual machine upgrades
Requirements
- 4 year college degree
- 2 years of professional experience with Avid Media Composer, Premiere, or Resolve
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an Assistant Editing or Media Management role
