• Track progress and mitigate risks

• Oversee QA for quality

• Establish and refine development workflows
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Implement best practices

Requirements

• Expertise in agile processes and production workflows
• Previous experience as a project manager in video games, consulting, or the tech industry
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and resilience
