Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of branded content including Verticals, TV Commercials, and Livestreams
• Mentor team members including Jr Producers, Coordinators, and Production Assistants
• Prepare, present, and manage detailed production budgets, timelines, and feasibility reports
• Collaborate with Legal, Safety, Camera, and Studio Management teams
• Research, source, and negotiate with vendors to secure flexible agreements
• Anticipate and adapt to last-minute production pivots
• Problem-solve unique production challenges alongside teammates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in branded social content production
• Expert communication and rapport-building skills
• Strong negotiation skills for creative-friendly deals
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and thrive under pressure
• High comfort level with ambiguity and conditional planning
