Producer

Responsibilities

• Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas and navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, and craft
• Own end-to-end production for 360 campaigns, building budgets ranging from $100k-$500k+
• Lead hands-on production bidding and act as a line producer when required
• Source and manage production personnel including directors, DPs, photographers, and post-production professionals
• Serve as the client-facing production lead within the agency team
• Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines
• Work with Business Affairs to review concepts, talent agreements, and legal contracts

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in advertising production
• Proven experience in bidding, budgeting, and managing complex productions
• Working knowledge of union and non-union considerations
• Proven experience and relationships in experiential, event-based activation, live-streaming, and OOH/DOOH
• Experience with line production on live-action shoots
• Experience with post workflow and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Technical knowledge across production through post-production
• Ability to travel as needed, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with emerging AI tools and their integration into standard production
