Producer

Responsibilities

• Source, book, produce, write, and edit daily lifestyle segments including packages, vo/sots, and in-studio segments
• Build and maintain local lifestyle contacts and relationships within the metro Atlanta community
• Write and format scripts and create graphics, including full-screen graphics and lower-third banners
• Partner with the sales team to produce successful sponsor-driven segments and interface with clients
• Pitch segment ideas and provide feedback to improve all facets of the show
• Prepare, greet, and escort guests for in-studio segments
• Write and post articles for the web and manage content across social media platforms

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a producer for a broadcast talk, lifestyle, or news show
• Proficiency in video editing software (Edius or similar) and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong writing skills for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms
• Hands-on experience with ENPS or similar news production software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be located in or willing to work onsite in Atlanta, GA
