Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project workflow for moderately complex, integrated projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Account, and Technology to ensure high-quality execution
• Define project scope, budgets, and schedules while maintaining accountability to timelines
• Lead internal and client-side communications, including status meetings and risk mitigation
• Oversee financial tasks such as estimate creation, labor tracking, and invoicing
• Manage vendor relationships and production partners
• Coordinate creative deliverables and routing through internal legal and business affairs teams
• Apply various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall

Requirements

• 3-5 years of production experience in advertising or a related industry
• Proven expertise in project management and workflow optimization
• Strong experience in budget and scope management
• Ability to manage complex, multi-channel integrated campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with premium or luxury brand accounts
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other project management toolsets
